The OSU Library has multiple ways for you to receive answers to your questions:

Text Messaging

Send a text message to "405-301-8102".

*Remember that standard text charges from your provider may apply.

 

Chat

When our chat service is available you can use the box at the left of any webpage to chat directly with the library. When we are offline you can send us an email.

Hours of Availability

The Brock Memorial Veterinary Medicine Library is operating an IM service as well. Their IM information can be found at www.library.okstate.edu/vetmed/services/im.htm

Things to Keep in Mind About Chat:

We may not be able to answer all reference questions via text or chat. For more complex reference questions, we may need to forward your questions to an OSU subject specialist librarian.

We're not currently set up to handle questions about your library transactions (overdue fines, recalled books, etc.). We ask that you please use the Circulation Questions form for these questions.
