A Letter from the Editor
Success starts at the OSU Library, not only for OSU students and researchers, but also for the hundreds of student and graduate assistants, staff, faculty and administrators who are working together to build a premier land grant university library. In this year’s annual report, we have tried to highlight some of our best success stories from the past year.
The OSU Library had so many 2010 success stories to choose from that deciding what to include in our allotted pages was difficult. It was a great problem to have. We tried to share as many items as possible by combining our traditional features with a collection of related news bites. I hope you enjoy the results.
The Annual Report is certainly one of the largest projects of the Library’s Communication and Public Programming Office. Its publication is one of our unit’s success stories each year. I particularly want to thank Valerie Trammell and Marissa Chavez for their contributions. As you read through this year’s report, I hope it reminds you of the role OSU and the University Libraries have played in your own success. I know they have played a huge role in mine.
