PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
This year's conference has been designed for both novice fund raisers and seasoned fund raisers.
The program will focus on major gift fund raising for fund raisers who are ready to
advance to major gift work, and on campaign fund raising for more
seasoned fund-raising professionals. There will also be general
sessions attended by all participants that address planned giving and
other areas important to the successful library development program. The
conference sessions will be practical and hands-on, allowing
participants to carry home new skills that apply directly to their work.
Participants are encouraged to bring their Dean/Director of Libraries. This
joint participation will be particularly valuable for libraries who are
contemplating a campaign or who will be a part of a university-wide
campaign and would like to attend both major gift and campaign tracks.
