REGISTRATION FEE
Registration is $325.00, which includes a Sunday evening Fiesta, lunch Monday through Wednesday and dinner Monday night. A continental breakfast, daily snacks and beverages will also be provided.

The preconference is an additional $40 and includes a buffet lunch. The preconference begins at 11:30 a.m. and lasts till 5:00 p.m. For a general idea of what the preconference will be like, please view the 2001 preconference program.

REFUNDS
Refunds on registration will be made in full if registration is cancelled by February 1, 2002. After February 1, 2002 conference registration may be subject to a cancellation fee.

DEADLINE
The registration deadline was January 17, 2002.
