2011/2012 Award Application

Submission Deadline: 5:00p.m. on Friday, January 6, 2012

In addition to the form below please send a letter of support for you and your project from your supervising faculty member. If the project is a thesis or dissertation the letter should come from your research advisor. The letter should address the contribution that the project makes to the discipline, the student's academic skills and accomplishments, and compare the student to others in her field. Please use the student's full name to name the file (for example janedoe.doc). Please have letters of support sent to Michele Seikel by email.
