OSU Documents Collection

As a regional depository for U.S. Government documents, the Documents Department at the OSU Edmon Low Library receives and makes available all materials issued by the federal government through the Federal Depository Library Program. The Documents Department is also a depository for Oklahoma state documents. Publications of other states, foreign governments and international organizations are obtained to support fields of special interest to the University. For more information, see the Depository Libraries page and the Oklahoma State University Library, Regional link.

The Documents staff also acquires non-depository materials from federal agencies to supplement the collection, which is considered by many to be the best in the Southwest. The Library has been a depository for U.S. Government documents since 1907 and a regional depository since 1979.
