Tech Tuesday @2: Two turntables and a microphone

In September, Tech Tuesday @2: Two Turntables and a Microphone will be hosted by our very own Juliana Nykolaiszyn. The presentation will feature the digital music upgrade, provided by Jim and Liz Wise, in the Creative Studios. These monthly presentations are an interactive showcase of emerging and innovative technologies. Tech Tuesday @2 is held in the Edmon Low Creative Studios. Every event will feature tech-related door prizes.

The OSU Library is no stranger to bringing Oklahoma’s stories to life through audio. Now, those storytelling efforts hit the internet with "Amplified Oklahoma," the first podcast produced by the Oklahoma Oral History Research Program at the OSU Library.

Tech Tuesday at Twilight

Tech Tuesday at 2 makes a move to Friday night for this special Tech Tuesday at Twilight, highlighting the OSU Library's telescope check-out. OSU Astronomy Club president Daniel J. Oliver will host the program and give guests a hands-on experience with the three varieties of telescopes available at the Tech To Go desk in the Edmon Low Creative Studios.

Holly Luetkenhaus honored

The ACRL Instruction Section Teaching Methods Committee has recognized the research of our First Year Experience Librarian Holly Luetkenhaus as part of their Selected Resources for Assessment in Library Instruction list Holly was the lead author on the article First Year Course Programmatic Assessment: Final Essay Information Literacy Analysis, which appeared last fall in Reference & User Services Quarterly.
