STILLWATER -The OSU Library and Stillwater Area United Way are celebrating Homecoming by offering a “Rooftop Photo Op” from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Oct. 28.
For a $5 donation to United Way guests can visit the rooftop balconies at the base of the bell tower. The Homecoming celebration and OSU’s Library Lawn make an ideal backdrop for photographs.
“The rooftop of the Library will be one of the best vantage points to take in the homecoming celebration,” said Sheila Johnson, dean of libraries. “The area is usually closed to the public, but we’re making a special exception for homecoming and helping out United Way at the same time.
The event is open to the public and costs $5 per person. All proceeds benefit the Stillwater United Way. Guests can meet their guide in the south lobby of the Edmon Low Library. Groups will be escorted to the roof every 15 minutes. For more information, call 405-744-7331 or email email@example.com.
