STILLWATER - The OSU Library provides federal and state tax forms in the documents department located on the fifth floor.

For answers to common questions about filing taxes, or to file taxes online, visit http://www.irs.ustreas.gov/formspubs/, http://www.tax.ok.gov/.

Call 1-800-829-3676 to order Federal Tax Forms; (405) 521-3160 to request individual income tax information or forms, and (405) 521-3126 to request business income tax information or forms.
