SCVUGM's traditional banquet will be held in The Meditations this year.

You need to indicate a menu of your choice on your registration form. The menus are following:

1. Classically Prepared Chicken Cordon Bleu (Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans Almandine, and Mushroom Cream Sauce)

2. Honey Almond Chicken & Slow Roasted Brisket (Wild Rice Pilaf, Sauteed Green Beans, Caramelized Onions & Barbeque Sauce)

3. Vegetarian Meal (Extra Large Salad with Veggie Sides from above 2 menus)

* Each Entrees served with House Salad, Dinner Roll, Dessert (Chocolate cake or Cheese cake), Iced Water, Iced Tea and Coffee.

Shuttle service will be provided between Conference Hotels and The Meditations.
