Study Space in the Brock Memorial Library

There are three types of study spaces available at the Brock Memorial Library: tables, study carrels, and conference rooms. The library has a total seating capacity of 214 patrons.

Tables

Seven large tables are available for use by all library patrons. The tables can accommodate study groups of 4 to 6 persons. Three tables are located on the First Floor, three are located in the Mezzanine.

Study Carrels

The Brock Memorial Library has forty-five study carrels which can be used by all library patrons.

Conference Rooms

Conference rooms are available for use exclusively by Center for Veterinary Health Sciences Students, Faculty, and Staff.

There are nine rooms. Four rooms are located on the First Floor. Five rooms are located in the Mezzanine. Room 9, located in the Mezzanine, is reserved for use by Center for Veterinary Health Sciences Faculty between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on weekdays. These rooms contain:

Keys to the conference rooms may be checked out from the Brock Memorial Library Circulation Desk for two hours. A fine of $0.05 per minute/$3 per hour will be assessed for overdue keys. There is no grace period.
